Which
tables will accept a side bet?
Side bets are available for seated
players and players watching on some
real money Hold'em, Omaha and Omaha
Hi/Lo cash game tables. You can tell
if side bets are available if the side
bet bar is on the table. Side bets are
also available in some Single Table
Tournaments, but they are not available
in tournaments that have multiple tables.
How
much can I bet?
The side bet Module has two bet amounts
from which you can choose. The bet amounts
vary based on the table stakes: The
higher the table stakes, the higher
the amount you can bet. The maximum
bet amount for a side bet at any table
is currently set at $10.00.
How
do I place a side bet?
First, make sure you have money available
in the side bet module. Then, choose
the color of your bet - red or black
- and then choose the amount you'd like
to wager. Once you've chosen your color
and amount, your side bet will be applied
to the next hand that is dealt. You
can cancel your side bet at any time
before the next hand is dealt by choosing
'None' as your bet amount or by exiting
the table.
How
do I know if I have placed a side bet?
Once you place a side bet, the text
and arrows on the side bet bar will
change from white to gold. This will
happen as soon as you've chosen your
side bet amount and color. Once the
next hand is dealt, you'll see your
side bet appear in the 'Current Hand'
box.

What
happens if I place a side bet and the
flop isn't dealt?

hand and the flop does not get dealt,

is off if the flop does not get dealt.
How
will I know if I have won a side bet?
If you win a side bet, you will have
the amount of the payout added to your
available funds in the side bet module.
The side bet module has a 'Last Hand'
box where you can see the result of
a side bet that you placed on the previous
hand. You can also click on the 'Last
Hand' title to see a history of your
side bets across all of the tables on
which you have placed side bets.
How
much will I get paid if I win?
If you've won a side bet, you'll see
the payout at the top of the side bet
module. The payout is labelled 'Side
Bet Pays __ for 1' and is centered at
the top of the module. For example,
if the amount is 8 for 1, then you will
be returned eight times the amount that
you bet as your winnings. Say you bet
$1 on an all red flop. You will receive
$8 in return if you win.

Why
are side bets not available on all tables?
Side bets are not available on all
tables because not all games have a
flop. Side bets are based on the outcome
of the flop and therefore can only be
in games that have a flop. Side bets
will soon be available on all real money
Hold'em and Omaha tables and tournaments.

What
are the disconnection and cancellation
policies for side bets?
If you are disconnected in the middle
of a side bet, then any side bets that
have been placed will continue to be
played. You can view the results in
your side bet history when you log back
in. Any 'Repeat Bet' settings will be
turned OFF and side bets on the current
hands will continue to completion. In
some cases, if the 'Repeat Bet' setting
is ON and you are disconnected, the
side bet may repeat for up to two hands
after the disconnection occurs.
If your are disconnected with one or
more side bets still live, then you
will be able to check the results in
your side bet history when you log back
into your account. If a game crashes
before the flop is shown and you had
a side bet on the current hand, then
the side bet amount will be returned
to you. It is treated as if the flop
was not dealt.
